Our tenant find fee is £450 + VAT, whenever we let your property. Full management is 10% + VAT of the monthly rent. There are no hidden or undisclosed charges. We only offer full management, not tenant-find on its own – it's how we make sure every property gets the same standard of care from the first viewing onwards. There are no mark-ups on maintenance, ever. As a registered letting agent, we're bound by the Letting Agent Code of Practice, and you'll get a clear written breakdown before you sign anything.
