Yates Hellier were recommended to us by word of mouth via a friend of a friend who had sold through them in Hyndland. Ross came out to view our 2 bed flat in Kelvinside, where his attention to detail and knowledge of the local market was clear. He listened and we discussed the flat’s main selling points and how these would be marketed most effectively.I often found when viewing other properties and being shown around by an estate agent (other “larger” companies) they would often not know key facts on the property when asked. This was not the case with Ross and Yates Hellier and I was confident he was able to represent our flat to its best potential.Throughout the process communication was excellent and this was especially true when the flat went to market. Updates were daily via a WhatsApp group from Natalie and Ross, who let us know who had booked in for viewings etc.Our flat when to a closing date only 11 days after going to market and we were delighted to achieve a figure >20% over home report valuation. When we were ready to go to market, Ross and Natalie got our property on all of the big sites within 4 days.
