Our history
Founded in 2013 by Ross Yates and Jack Hellier, Yates Hellier has grown to become one of Glasgow’s leading letting and estate agents. We sell, let, manage and maintain some of Glasgow’s most desirable properties, all with a hands-on approach and unrivalled attention to detail that provides exceptional value to our clients.

What's it like to work at Yates Hellier?
We're a founder-owned team of 20 across two Glasgow offices - sales on Hyndland Road, lettings on Eagle Street. We try new things, improve how we work constantly, and hold one rule above the rest: do the right thing, even when it's slower, harder or no one is looking.
Do you look after your team?

What training will I get?
Everyone starts with a full induction and a training plan built around the role. We fund industry qualifications, and there's space to progress - from trainee through to senior roles. If you want to grow here, we'll back you to do it.

Property is a demanding industry and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can promise is structure, support and people who'll back you when it counts. It's rewarding because the standard is high.
