A public record, set up under the Housing (Cladding Remediation) (Scotland) Act 2024, of buildings that have had an SBA and any remediation work they need. Once works are confirmed complete, the register is updated. It's designed to give lenders and insurers confidence, which in turn helps owners sell and remortgage.
