Ross was a brilliant agent. He was open and honest and I felt like I could trust him from our first meeting. He was also incredibly accommodating and took all our personal considerations into account. We had been looking for a bigger place for a while and with his backing we decided to put our flat on the market before finding a new place. This was a considerable risk for us due to time pressures in our family situation, however, Ross helped guide us through the selling and buying process. We were very lucky in the sale of our flat and achieved an amazing price which allowed us to offer on a property which would have previously been out of our budget. I say we were lucky but sometimes you make your own luck and in this case I whole heartedly believe that we would not have been as lucky if we didn’t have Ross taking us through both processes. Ross was very professional and showed good negotiation skills with potential buyers as the market was dropping. Yates Hellier as a whole were very good and refreshingly they don't tie you into 6 month contracts like other bigger estate agents. This is invaluable in a falling market as it gives you the option to postpone the sale and not be penalised.

Yates Hellier are a letting agency who are direct and simple to deal with. 95% of the issues we have raised have been dealt with promptly, as they send over a workman to fix the problem.They do regular inspections ensuring the flat is in good condition, but also as an oppurtunity for us to raise issues. occasionaly things we have mentioned in person have fallen through the cracks, but mostly dealt with when reminded in an email.

I had an excellent experience of both the sale and letting of my property with Yates Hellier.I decided to sell the property after the rental. It had been left in immaculate condition. The marketing material, photos and video they produced were incredibly professional so i decided to talk to Yates Hellier about selling my property. I had previously got in the market leader in Glasgow to give me an estimate. I decided to take a chance on Yates Hellier as I liked everything about them- A young vibrant team and image who are friendly and knowledgable. I didn't feel like i was being lied to or forced into anything to get the sale, as i did with the other company.Ross and his team lined up 37 viewings in the very short time it was on the market. He held to his promise that he would get the very best price for my property. The offer way exceeded my expectation. We even decided to go for offer no 2 as the purchaser's were chain free and in a better position than the first offer. This was all driven by recommendation and the diligence relayed around each prospective buyers circumstance was exceptional.Having very successfully got the deal over the line, I half expected something to go wrong prior to the moving stage. Not so. Again Yates Hellier delivered first class agency in facilitating a mutually beneficial moving arrangement to both myself and the buyers.I wouldn't hesitate to use Yates Hellier in the future. If you are looking to sell your property I strongly advise you to call them and at least have them in for a quote.
